Station 13-1 (Station 1) is the main station and Headquarters of the Boonville Fire Department.  Station 1 is located in the Town of Boonville and was constructed in 1997 just south of downtown.  This station replaced the former station on the north side of downtown which is now the Town of Boonville’s Harvey E. Smith Municipal Building.  Station 1 holds the administrative offices of the BFD.  Station 1 is home to the following apparatus:

  • Engine 13
  • Squad 13
  • Truck 13
  • Tanker 13
  • Rescue 13
  • Brush 13

Station 13-2

Yadkinville, NC 27055

Station 13-2 (Station 2) is currently located at a temporary location approximately 3 miles south of the Town of Boonville in our rural response area of Yadkin County.  Station 2 was placed into service in November of 2020 to help improve response times in the southwest portion of our district as well as to help improve our district’s ISO rating.  A permanent location and facility is currently in the early stages of planning and is proposed to be in the vicinity of North Oak Ridge Church Road, Mitchells Chapel Road and Center Road.  Station 2 currently is home to the following apparatus:
